About Radhe Shyam Thawait
I am Radhe Shyam Thawait, an education specialist and resource person with over 30 years of experience working across classrooms, teacher development platforms, research environments, and state education systems in India.
My work has been consistently focused on strengthening elementary education through academic depth, conceptual clarity, and long-term institutional capacity building. I strongly believe that meaningful and sustainable education reform is not achieved through short-term interventions, but through well-designed systems, informed pedagogy, and continuous professional development.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in diverse roles, including Research Assistant, Field Investigator, Program Officer, Senior Fellow, State Academic Consultant, and State Co-Coordinator. These roles have allowed me to understand the education system from both ground-level classroom realities and system-level policy perspectives.

Most recently, I have worked as an Education Specialist and Resource Person, contributing to academic leadership development, curriculum and framework design, teacher training, and the implementation of education policy. My work has involved close collaboration with government institutions, academic bodies, and educators to improve the quality of public education systems.
